Online portal coming soon

Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre and Nathalia Sports and Community Centre will bring you a new online customer portal, with each member being allocated their very own personalised account.

This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:

  • online bookings: viewing your group fitness classes has never been easier, you can check availability and book (Numurkah and Nathalia);
  • managing your membership: update your details, see your membership details, or suspend online (Numurkah only);
  • making online purchases: visit the online shop feature to purchase single sessions (Numurkah only);
  • changing your lesson time: the online customer portal makes checking or changing your lesson time easier (Numurkah only);
  • checking progression reports: monitor your progress and check your progression reports with online assessments (Numurkah only);
  • booking make-up lessons: register your absence and book make-up lessons (Numurkah only).

From Friday 21 June 2024 you can access your customer portal whenever you need it.

You will be issued your login on Friday 21 June 2024 via an email with instructions on how to log in.

Please note you must have a unique email address to receive this email with your login details. If you are sharing an email with another member or pack holder, please update your email at the front desk by Monday 17 June 2024.

Please be aware

For members at Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre, we will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service for this new service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 27 June 2024 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
